The System implements the Marketplace Calendar service (hereinafter referred to as the Calendar) being a separate functionality enabled by the Operator at the user's request. This service allows to track and control the stages (events) of calls for bids.

The service is available in the System to both the Organizer and a Bidder.

Please note! All calls for bids initiated by the Organizer are recorded by default in the Calendar. A Bidder, in turn, is supposed to subscribe to the calls for bids of their interest.

1. To subscribe to a specific call for bids, go to Bid notice page and click Subscribe link in Subscribe to this call for bids line.

2. Further work with the service (both by a Bidder and the Organizer) takes place via the Personal Workspace, on Marketplace Calendar page.

Marketplace Calendar section includes two subsections – Organizer's Events and Bidder's Events. These tabs allow to obtain report records depending your role in the calls for bids being conducted.

3. Set a time period, specify Events by type and click button.
