Preferred payment terms: Payment under the Contract is made by the Customer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of a Certificate of the cost of completed works and costs of form no. KS-3, an Act of acceptance of completed works of form no. KS-2, if there is a corresponding invoice of the Contractor (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 5.3 Agreement).
