Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Prepayment of 50% after the conclusion of the contract / specification, the remaining 50% after the transfer of all batches of goods to the buyer and the signing of the UPD.

Comments:
1. Include transportation costs in the price of the goods for each item;
2. The basis of delivery is the terminal of the Trans-Baikal Territory transport company, Chita (preferably Baikal Service);
3. We welcome the offer of payment terms with a reduction in advance payment or division into parts, for example – 30% prepayment within 30 days from the date of signing the Delivery Contract; final settlement of 70% within 30 days from the date of delivery of the last batch of Goods to the Buyer.
