Requirements for the terms (periods) of the provision of services: from 06/01/24 to 30.06.25 The contractor ensures the fulfillment of bids submitted in advance 24.0 hours before the start of the work and confirmed at least 6.0 hours before the work, depending on the location of the well.
Minimum requirements for special equipment:
The Contractor's fleet of special equipment consists of 3 or more units of acid-resistant tankers with a volume of 5 to 25 m3, designed to transport acid compounds of various concentrations and at least 3 units of pumping units with the ability to register injection parameters.
The design of tanks for the transportation of hydrochloric acids should exclude any metal connections and should be made of acid-resistant material.
The presence of a special vehicle wheel formula 6×6 (all-wheel drive), the presence of supporting documents for the ownership of vehicles. All vehicles and drivers provided must have passes and coupons for access to the facilities of the main Customer. The work of transport should be carried out around the clock with a change of driver. In case of Customer downtime due to non-fulfillment of the bid or equipment breakdown, the Contractor is obliged to reimburse the losses incurred by the Customer. All vehicles provided must be equipped with a serviceable GPS system. The contractor must provide access to the GPS monitoring system (link to the website, login and password) to monitor the operation of special equipment and check the time worked of special equipment.
Availability of BPO at the Contractor within a radius of 150 km from the city of Buzuluk.
 Availability of test reports for the absence of LCOS.
Availability of a certified laboratory at the Contractor.
The presence of AFS solvents, hydrochloric acid compositions, iron stabilizer, etc.
 All vehicles must be serviceable at the time of rendering services. In case of breakdown of equipment at the time of rendering services, prompt replacement of equipment must be carried out. Payment for completed works (services) shall be made no earlier than 60 (sixty) and no later than 65 (sixty-five) calendar days from the date of the invoice, the signed acceptance certificate for completed works (services) and the signing of the reconciliation report.
