Comments: The procedure is two–stage:
stage 1 - preliminary qualification selection.
Stage 2 – request for commercial proposals.
Bidders at stage 1 are required to fill in and upload:
1. "Bid for participation" in the approved form, indicating the ID number of the questionnaire. The form "Bids for participation in the tender and receipt of bid documentation" is available in the bid documentation. When filling out the "Bid for participation", it is required to specify an identification number (id number) questionnaires. To obtain an ID number, you must upload a questionnaire through the website of Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC. Instructions for completing the questionnaire are available in the bid documentation. The information you provided when uploading the questionnaire is the basis for making a decision on the admission of the organization to the tender. Please note that when filling out the questionnaire:
- documents must be drawn up in accordance with the established forms, filled out in full, including marked "YES" in the questionnaire on sheets 5-7 "specialization", according to the company's activities and subject to experience in performing these types of work. Work experience must be confirmed.
- signed by the head and certified with the seal of the organization.
2. An extract from the SRO register (the validity period of the SRO statement is 30 days).
Those Bidders who have passed the preliminary qualification selection under this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage of the procurement procedure.
The bidding documentation is currently at the stage of completion and approval, and will be submitted at the request for proposals stage.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who took part in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
