Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Non-cash form of payments, 100% post-payment, within 15 banking days from the date of delivery-acceptance by the parties of the services (subject to the provision by the Contractor to the Customer of the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation), issued separately for each object X5.
Delivery terms:
The period of deliveries (cooperation) is from 07/01/2024 to 30.06.2025, i.e. at least 1 year. By the expiration of the specified period, it is planned to conduct a new request for proposals for the next period.

Bidders can submit an offer for individual Call for Bidding lots, but necessarily for all items within the selected lot.
Only one legal entity can participate in the tender procedure from a group of affiliated (related) companies. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from the competition. This procedure is a request for proposals, is not an auction or a tender, does not fall under the prohibition of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the customer to choose a supplier.
