Call for Bidding of polymer containers for the needs of the Magnit network by the end of 2024. Alternative proposals are being considered. Specify a single price per unit of the product, taking into account delivery to the RC of JSC "Tander" (the list of RC is a separate file). Delivery in batches according to the actual monthly demand. JSC "Tander" reserves the right to change the quantity both up and down within 30%. Also, JSC "Tander" reserves the right to divide the volume between the Bidders. An agreement will be concluded with the winners of the competitive bidding process with volume fixation for 12 months and quarterly price indexation. The price of polymer packaging containers is subject to recalculation if the cost of raw materials fluctuates beyond the range of ± 7% from the date of the previous specification. The first revision of the cost is possible no earlier than three months after signing the delivery contract. Further, each new price change should be recorded for the period of 1 quarter. Cost calculation formula:
Container price, rub. excluding VAT = the price of the last Call for Bidding (1 +/- share of raw materials * % increase/decrease)
The price is set without VAT with two values after the comma. Information on the formula is attached in the bidding documentation. If the Bidder does not agree to the application of the formula, he has the right to submit an offer taking into account the fixing of the price for 1 year. At the same time, formula pricing does not apply to the specified price during the validity of the contract.
Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.
Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.
The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the tender procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procedure.
